KM Maturity Assessment

 

What it is
A high level assessment to capture the current state of KM capabilities in the organisation. The capability framework is drawn from a review of major KM maturity frameworks and KM standards, covering six KM functions and four KM enablers. Reveals the organisation’s strengths and areas to work on. Typically a whole-of-organisation assessment, completed by qualified, knowledgeable respondents. Check out the underlying framework here.

Deliverables
A KM Maturity Report highlighting your strengths and gaps and suggested improvement areas to focus on. Access to the KM Maturity Dashboard for 12 months (renewable).

Additional Service Options

What it is
The Rapid KM Assessment adds another layer to the KM Maturity Assessment, with additional diagnostics such as KM pain points, knowledge culture, and information profiles of departments. The Rapid KM Assessment provides more indicators on where to focus KM efforts.

Full Knowledge Audit

What it is
A comprehensive assessment covering a range of KM diagnostics activities (KM maturity assessment, KM pain points, KM culture and information profile) together with a systematic knowledge mapping exercise. Knowledge mapping provides granular and detailed evidence on your key knowledge dependencies, critical knowledge domains to focus on, knowledge owners and locations, and issues such as risk of loss, accessibility or knowledge gaps. This will inform a KM strategy and roadmap at very high resolution and impact.
